Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Disease Team A Legal Assistant/Paralegal is required for an excellent opportunity with a specialist Defendant Insurance Practice in Leeds. The role involves running a pre-litigated caseload which is a mix of values and complexities, based on site with one of the firm's clients. Applications are invited from candidates with solid experience running a pre-litigated Defendant caseload. You will have a minimum of two years' experience of disease work in either law firm or insurance environment. You will have your own pre-litigation caseload of NIHL and HAVS employers liability occupational disease claims, acting for insurers on a delegated authority basis. Experienced claimant legal assistants/paralegals will also be considered if you have the relevant experience. The firm itself is an established Legal 500 firm with an outstanding reputation nationally in personal injury litigation. You would be working in its team based in central Leeds.
