Overview
Our client is a leading UK Telecommunications company that are committed to providing high quality products and services. I am currently recruiting for a Delivery Coordinator to join their vibrant team Location Peterborough, PE2 Contract 3 months (potentially ongoing) Rate £107 (PAYE) per day holiday Role Purpose You will manage the 3rd party supplier orders throughout the provisioning life cycle, dealing with day to day issues, problems and queries as they arise, ensuring that both customer expectations and provisioning KPIs are met. Key Responsibilities Ability to adhere to company policies & operational processes / procedures Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, professional and straightforward manner Ability to communicate with all levels of internal teams Ability to use and understand all of the company software necessary for us to provide World Class Customer Service Ability to work independently and follow directions related to your job with little follow-up by your supervisor Ability to ensure customers is receiving agreed call backs and follows up as communicated Express a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude when speaking with customers/carriers Providing the highest levels of customer service as it pertains to any consumer matters Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times Adhere to all other company policies and procedures relating to customer accounts Who we're looking for: Strong written & verbal skills Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point etc.) Problem solving skills Time management skills Ability to prioritise and organise own work load Able to remain calm under pressure Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience Knowledge of Communications or Telecoms Industry If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please click apply now To speak to a consultant about this position call Arushi on .
