Administrator Woking £22,000 - 27,000 Our client based locally are looking for an Administrator to join their lovely team The purpose of this role is to support the business with any administrative duties that arise and to ensure a smooth process is delivered at all times. The role of the Administrator is: Being the main point of contact for clients and members of the business To provide efficient administrative support to the business and other members of staff Making sure the documentation is scanned and stored online Being responsible for all other administrative duties that are required Ensure new business files are compliant and are towards company guidelines Dealing with the preparation of correspondence including letters and emails To maintain administration systems and ensure client data is accurate and up to date To prepare and format reports Being responsible for new business packs and sending them to clients The ideal Administrator will: Have fantastic organisational and planning skills Have previous administration experience Be able to work to deadlines Have access to a car and can drive Have experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Be focused and have a passion for delivering a fantastic service Ideally have worked within the insurance industry Have an interest in Social Media Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills Be able to work to own initiative Please apply for further information and the chance to be considered for this fantastic opportunity
