Overview

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Payroll team in Farnham, helping to process multiple payrolls on a daily and weekly basis. Responsibilities will include: Managing the payroll inbox, answering client queries or requesting further information where needed Processing incoming payroll schedules and timesheets by entering onto the system, including details of any advance payments or holiday pay requests Completing bank reconciliations to ensure timesheets received balance with invoices for payment Calculating statutory payments Producing daily and weekly reports for the Accounts team Assist the Customer Service team with any client queries received relating to payroll About you: To be successful in this role, you should have experience of working in a busy administrative position with a high degree of data entry and in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and will be confident on the phone.
