Overview
SF Group are working with a private equity backed tech business in Worcestershire as they appoint a FP&A Manager to their team. Working closely with the CFO, the FP&A Manager will play a central role in strategic decision-making and be responsible for: - Designing and implementing and new financial planning process - Delivering high quality and insightful analysis to the Board, Investor Relations and Group leadership team - Ownership of the budget and forecast process - Implementing sales pipeline, scenario planning analysis - Designing financial models to aid decision-making - Business partnering the wider senior operations and commercial teams Profile: - ACA, ACMA, ACCA qualified (or equivalent) - Demonstrable track record of similarly commercial experience in a similarly dynamic business - First-class communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels - Strong reporting and analytical skills Our client has an impressive record of growth since their inception, and the potential for new investors coming on board in the immediate future offers room for further optimism.
