Overview

Badenoch and Clark are currently recruiting on an exciting opportunity to join a growing International Business near Dudley. You will be reporting into the Managing Director and will be overseeing a small finance team. Your main duties within the role will be to: Management for cost budgeting, forecast and reporting Ensure that all financial information is provided to local and group management Review and analysis of overheads against budget Maintenance of asset register and depreciation charge Preparing financial plans Work in partnership with the board of directors in creating and monitoring annual budgets Analyse cost effectiveness of expenditure Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly group returns. Prepare accounts for audit and act on the recommendations of external auditors Maintain sound financial systems and procedures, in accordance with best practice and legislation. Ensure that financial transactions are properly captured Control and sign bank reconciliation As part of this role you will also be responsible for all HR, IT and Legal Essential Skills/ Experience ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified. Excellent people management skills Experience working in a similar role where you have managed finance, HR and I.T Experience working within a changing environment and have the ability to improve current processes. Demonstrate strong analytical ability The achievement of strict financial reporting deadlines. Experience with stock would be desirable Experience working in an internal business is essential Use of Hyperion and JD Edwards would be desirable
