Your duties will consist of supporting fee earners and the support team in opening and maintaining files in accordance with office procedures, dictation together with typing letters and documents. You will also be expected to provide support to other areas of the business as and when required. THE CANDIDATE: As the Conveyancing Legal Secretary you will need to have experience working within a busy conveyancing department and have the ability to manage a full and demanding workload. THE FIRM: Our client is a well-established law firm with multiple offices across Somerset, with a strong reputation within the area. This firm is highly experienced and knowledgeable in the key areas of law and are keen to continue their ongoing successes through the appointment of a skilled and talented Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
