Overview
Your new firm A Manchester city centre-based firm are looking to recruit an RTA Litigator - this role is suitable for someone with strong litigation and out of portal experience. Your new role You will run a caseload of both pre-litigated and post-litigated cases and see cases through from exiting the portal through to issue/settlement. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will need experience in both pre-litigation and post-litigation within personal injury. You will have experience of handling an out of portal caseload and issuing part 7/8 proceeding What you'll get in return In return you will be working in a permanent role in a friendly, growing business who will provide the relevant training to hardworking employees.
