Job Title: Data Entry Administrator Location: Amersham Salary: £11.52 per hour Contract Type: Temp /Full time An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Financial Support Assistant based in Aylesbury to join an expanding company. As a Data Entry Administrator will include: Vetting CIL forms Measuring scaled plans accurately. To notify applicants in writing when developments are liable for CIL (and s106 payments?) To maintain the Planning Obligations Database ('POD') and CIL Tracker To assist CIL Officer in the monitoring and reporting of financial contributions; due, received and spent. To be able to advise officers, members and developers on general CIL queries Using relevant technical and legislative knowledge to provide accurate and consistent information (written and oral). To maintain an up to date knowledge of legislation and working practice in the administration of CIL To maintain a database of CIL applications, cross reference information with other Council systems and departments as part of the monitoring CIL An ideal Data Entry Administrator hold the following skills and experiences: Able to record data accurately and work within an electronic document management system Ability to undertake research and monitoring work and demonstrate the capability to analyse results to identify and evaluate policy options To monitor residential housing supply by accurately recording development schemes granted planning permission through to their construction and completion. To assist in the timely and accurate collection of indicators for the Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) Demonstrates experience in the provision of administrative/ technical support of Planning related work preferable Experience of dealing with CIL related queries. Proven experience in achieving good level of service delivery. Proven customer care experience dealing with queries from a range of customers, responding to individual and more complex queries, escalating when required. Experience in the use of electric document management filing systems and planning software/databases (such as iDox/Uniform). Considerable experience in prioritising and managing workload to tight deadlines.
