Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant that would like to keep up to 80% of whatever you bill? Are you bored of standard office working hours? Would you like the flexibility of being able to work wherever and whenever you like? THEN KEEP READING Here at Buckland Recruitment we are currently building a network of home-based Recruitment Consultants. We are looking for experienced recruiters to work on a self-employed basis, operating a 360 recruitment role. You can come from any recruitment background but must be able to source your own clients and vacancies. This position will also give you the flexibility to work the hours that suit you rather than being fixed to standard office hours. Our generous commission structure will then give you the opportunity to keep up to 80% of everything you bill each month. In return we will offer you all of the tools that you need to be successful. These can include but are not limited to the following: Access to major job boards and CV databases. Use of our internal CRM system. All administration and invoicing taken care of Your own brand and personalised website if required The ideal candidate: At least 2 years’ experience of working within a 360 recruitment role A proven track record of billing consistently high figures The ability to work autonomously in a home-based position Money hungry and dedicated Who would this suit?
