Overview
Your role will be a key part of a highly regarded, established finance team of a well-known and extremely successful Cambridgeshire business who value their staff and encourage personal and professional growth. In your post as Management Accountant you will have the opportunity to interact with the Group FD and CFO as well as other departments when necessary, giving you the chance to develop your commercial and business partnering skills. Based in their UK Head Office, located 30 minutes from Peterborough, your responsibilities will include: Deliver periodic management accounts for each business unit and cost centre Provide comprehensive support in the preparation of accounts analysis including trends and variances Capital expenditure reporting and analysis Intercompany processing Analysis on various projects as and when required You will be a qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) accountant with hands on experience of management accounts, and solid report production skills, preferably from a group or matrix organisation. You’ll have an analytical and logical mind-set, competent with systems, especially Excel.
