Are a motivated Debt Litigation / Mortgage enforcement Paralegal or Legal Assistant ? If so, we have three fantastic opportunities in Cardiff City Centre that you don't want to miss We have been working with a Legal 500 firm who are looking for a motivated assistants to join their offices in Cardiff. Our client is one of the UK's specialist Recovery firms. In this role you would be required to handle a varied caseload of mortgage enforcement and litigation matters. You would be joining a small team and assisting a senior solicitors with their caseloads as well as drafting legal documentation and undertaking legal research. You will ensure the best outcome it achieved. The ideal candidate would need to have previous experience in managing a caseload of Debt / enforcement matters. Candidates with an LLB, LPC or CILEx qualification or are studying towards this would be desirable. The firm are looking for three someone who can go in and hit the ground running and be confident in managing a caseload. The ideal candidate would need to have excellent communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for paralegal / legal assistants with a motivation for career development within recoveries.
