Overview
Do you enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced Contact Centre environment? Do you thrive when talking to Customers? If so, we want to speak with you Our rapidly growing Client, based just a short drive from Coleshill, are recruiting Contact Centre Agents to join their team on a temporary basis. Working hours will be on a shift basis, between the hours of 8am - 7pm, including weekends. Duties: Handling both inbound and outbound calls. Delivering a high level of customer service at all times. Transferring calls to the relevant department, as and when necessary. Working to call targets on a daily basis. Ensuring all relevant information is logged onto the database. Requirements: Must drive due to the location. Must be available immediately. Previous experience within a retail or Contact Centre environment. Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
