Job Description
Our client is a leading Financial Services Group. They are now looking for a Contact Centre Agent to work from their Birmingham office. Requirements Experience and skills required: * Excellent speech and communication skills * Be confident, professional and effective on the phone * Experience making a high number of outbound calls and meeting & exceeding targets * Ability and experience selling and using influencing skills * Resilient, self- motivated and resourceful * Have an understanding of any part of the financial services sector (e.g. insurance, banking, mortgages, payments on finance etc.) * Will have good keyboard skills and experience on any dialing/telephone system Benefits 22 Days holiday Pension Scheme Health Benefit Scheme Employee Referral Bonus scheme
