Overview

We are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor for a company based in Dunstable, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with an exciting company and a number of their well-known brands. They are looking for an additional order processor to support the Sales Admin team for at least the next 2 months, although the opportunity for something more permanent is very much there and a possibility too. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a well-recognized company that offer full training and support. Working in a a "family feel" team and environment. Your main objective in this role will be to accurately process orders as well as working with customers to provide a good level of service. This position will be working Monday to Friday on a full time basis, there is free on-site company parking available with a competitive hourly rate of £9 to £12 per hour (plus holiday pay) dependant on experience. Some of the duties will include: Making sure that the all the data is recorded accurately onto bespoke systems (Training provided). Processing customer sales orders. Speaking to customers over the phone. Providing general office admin support to the Orders team. Responding to customer/client queries as required. The skills required: Previous administration/customer service/order processing experience would be useful. Ability to communicate on all levels. A strong team player. Strong attention to detail. A very positive and can-do attitude.
