Overview

3rd line SIP / Network Engineer required to join a growing software company based in West London. You will be part of the Operations and Engineering team. The ideal skill-set includes Network Infrastructure and SIP technologies. Demonstrable knowledge and experience of managing networks and SIP deployments is critical. The role will primarily be internal project focused with the design, engineering and roll-out of new products and systems. Experience and exposure to managed services and telecoms provider environments is desirable but not essential for the right candidate. The role is permanently based at our offices in Ealing with flexible working hours. Required Skills and Experience 5 Years of demonstrable experience in: SIP telephony engineering, call routing and debugging. Configuration and management of Juniper MX, and SRX Devices. Configuration and management of production BGP and OSPF. Engineering a system from inception to production. 3rd/4th line escalation experience. Desired Skills and Experience Managed hosting or telecoms provider background. AWS management and manipulation of hosts. Loadbalancer config and management. TDM equipment management.
