THE ROLE: Graduate Technical Support Engineer The opportunity has arisen for a bright and ambitious grad/entry-level candidate to join their renowned organisation. You will be working within a team of exceptional technologists who will be providing on-going training support with the goal of progressing you into an engineering role (This vacancy has arisen as the previous incumbent has recently been promoted) You will come from an IT related background and be comfortable with navigating the Linux command line. However, what is more, important is that you demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude for learning and the ability to logically trouble-shoot your way from a problem to a solution. This will be a broad-based role where you will initially be working on application and desk-side support to their Traders, Network Patching, IT troubleshooting and assisting with the IT procurement/research processes. Rest assured that the organisation is looking for an exceptionally talented individual with potential who they can progress/promote to working on more complex tasks/projects.
