The role of Service Delivery Manager is a key role in our organisation. The Service Delivery manager is the people manager and as people are our most important asset you can see why it is so important. You will be required to enthusiastically support service delivery to the customer by effective manpower planning, employee engagement ensuring Customer and Company standards are met through the correct management and retention of Protective Services Officers in line with the clients service level agreements. The Service Delivery Manager is a leading force in this strategy. Essential Skills To be succesful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills, both writter and verbal, you will be experienced at leading people and getting the best from them. You should be able to manage delivery against KPI's and Site instructions. You will need to be commercially aware and able to work with customers to ensure they are always delighted by our service. Full 5 year checkable work history. Full UK driving licence. Previous secuirty experience. Valid SIA Licence. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, I.T. literate.
