Job description: Department/Role Overview: Part of a global team responsible for daily operation, support, maintenance and improvement of the Skype for Business service and broader collaboration services including: Call Centre services (EICC Touchpoint), Exchange, BB UEM), you will be expected to work closely with all teams in the IT function. Main responsibilities: Third Line escalation point for all issues, problems and changes for the SfB platform including the EICC call centre services platform. Ensure Documentation of existing and new infrastructure remains updated and consistent with standards. Ensure that all processes and protocols are observed in the running of the environment including security standards. Work with other teams to resolve issue and improve the overall SfB service. Work within the collaboration team to support other key platforms including Exchange, and BB UEM. Measurement and review: Service uptime. Call quality metrics. Achievement of deliverables. Feedback from other team members. Regular team meetings/one-to-one meetings with manager. Formal Appraisal process. Essential skills and experience: In depth understanding of Skype For Business, Office 365, Unified communications. Capabilities and experience on configuring Session Border Controllers. Work with a ticket logging system to agreed SLAs. 3 years' experience supporting an enterprise Skype VOIP enterprise environment. Demonstrate ability to lead technical solutions. Experience of driving internal technical change. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent Communications skills. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
