Reference: 6231 Job Title: Order To Cash Manager Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum Duration: 12 month FTC We are currently recruiting for an OTC Manager to lead a transformation project in one of our market leading clients based in East Birmingham. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing best practice as well as organisation design in a fast paced Finance Shared Service Centre. Key skills we’re looking for include: Extensive experience in managing a large Credit and/or Billings team Transformation and organisation design experience within Finance Shared Services Thorough operational knowledge and understanding of Order to Cash, it’s financial and business impacts and the interdependencies across processes Recruiting, on-boarding and training of new staff on transactional processes Finance Transformation or Project management exposure Analytical approach and problem solver Senior Management level presentation and stakeholder management skills Service Delivery orientated Experience in managing a high volume, fast-paced complex process environment The successful candidate must: Be available on short notice to start Possess experience as a senior leader within a Finance Shared Service Centre Lead and deliver a transformation project of a similar nature Be a strong business partner with the ability to report to Board Have strong leadership skills including recruiting, developing as well as cultural transformation Now Careers is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
