Overview
Application Architect La Fosse are currently engaged with a leading environmental NGO who are looking to expand their Technology division in 2020. Reporting into the IT Director, the Application Architect will be responsible defining and managing the overall Application Architecture & strategic roadmap for the organisation's Architecture estate. Key responsibilities: Define and manage the Application Architecture principles, blueprints and technology standards. Define and deliver a clear Application Architecture roadmap in alignment with the wider organisation. Identify how Application Architecture can positively affect the aims of the organisation and ensure that this is communicated clearly to senior stakeholders. Work closely with the IT Director and technical leadership team to ensure Application Architecture is contemporary yet cost effective in order to meet the needs of the business. Act as Architecture SME, coaching and mentoring members of the technology team where necessary. Key skills: Previous experience within the capacity of Enterprise Architect or Application Architect, with extensive experience leading Application Architecture across an organisation.
