Overview
We are on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing and successful medical organisation at a very exciting time. The EA to CEO role will offer exposure to the business in various capacities – the sky is the limit. This role will entice a candidate who is ambitious, hardworking and thirsty to learn and push themselves to be the best they can – an internal drive which is shared by each member of our team Executive PA Role and Responsibilities Organise and maintain diary management, efficient running of the CEO diary schedule Proficient in arranging global travel/hotels. Multi-stop international timeframe experience and visa application exposure Schedule Leadership Team meetings, coordinating agenda setting, generate minutes and actions Team Builds offsite/managing events and meetings within different sites Responsible for co-ordinating Board meetings - agenda setting, presentation materials, tracking and distributing board actions Problem solving of any number of emerging issues for the CEO by quickly implementing solutions Monthly targets update and distribution to Board Coordination of administrative tasks in the team of administrative staff (currently three) Maintaining all branded material, company visual identity materials and company templates, developing new templates when needed Qualifications & Experience : Experience of supporting in a one to one role desirable Director or CEO level of support Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Diary Management, Excel and PowerPoint Complex Global travel arrangements across multiple time zones Continuously looking for opportunities to learn and build skills Develop and maintain administrative processes as needed to improve efficiencies Self-motivated, resilient, flexible and able to work independently Able to multi-task and deal with conflicting priorities Strong interpersonal skills Discreet and maintains confidentiality MS Office super user Excellent English writing skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89909202
