Overview

As a Junior National Account Manager you will be working on the Aldi, Lidl and Asda account and supporting the National Account team to deliver the commercial objectives Managing the critical path of products and ensuring all levels of service are adhered to for the accounts Client Details Leading FMCG Business with massive growth Categories based in the North West Description External management for specific aspects of customer facing initiatives such as new product development and cost of product projects ensuring adherence to customer process. Agree and challenge customer launch timings to ensure adherence to the agreed CPA to enable successful launches. Responsible for the communication of customer relevant projects information (technical & launch) internally to ensure customer needs are captured. Ensure clear and concise key contact communication internally and externally with the information flow between customer and internal stakeholders. Support CBM in the identification of business development opportunities, providing compelling insights and benefits to ensure customer activation. Ensure correct interpretation of customer briefs and clearly communicate to relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accurate quotations are created. Internal management of customer meet customer requirements whilst looking mitigate cost. Continual challenge current orthodoxy to deliver lowest cost solution of added value services e.g. panel test & fragrance cost. Management of key technical meetings, technical quarterly review, first productions, site visits. Proactively review categories and make recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Profile Graduate Calibre (Required) GCSE (A-C) Maths and English (Required) Full driving licence Intermediate level ability in Microsoft Office Applications; Excel, Powerpoint and Word (Required) Minimum 1 year experience in a Commercial role (required) Use of SAP (desirable) Understand critical paths and importance of adherence to ensure timely launches (required). Solid understanding of company and customer supply chains (desirable) Able to develop working relationships with customers and with people from other areas of the business.
