Group Clinical Development Nurse - South East Roles like this don't come around very often We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Nurse for a Clinical Development Nurse to cover the South East of the UK. YOU need to be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN RGN/RMN or both YOU will support the staff at the Homes and drive the operation and growth of the business. YOU will be focusing on people, customers, compliance, quality and clinical results. YOU will support the focus Homes to improve the quality of service delivery, record keeping and the good clinical governance by a hands-on approach. YOU will support the Home Managers to fully complete actions identified from company and Home audits YOU will mentor, coach and develop the skills of staff. YOU will highest standards of quality clinical care by following company policy and monitoring outcomes at individual Homes.
