My Clients have asked me to find two registered nurses for 37.5 hour contracts for their medium sized purpose built home split into 4 suites catering for people living with or without Dementia, with established, friendly and effective team working Nurses are able to give real care to the residents, benefitting from fabulous Continuity of Care , and a great team of senior support workers Fast career development with a no blame culture, excellent training and opportunity for you to specialise in your care areas, whether it be Tissue viability and Wound Care, Complex long term care, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, Palliative or End of Life care, and Nutritional care planning occurs easily with all training and development needs catered for. Career development is rewarded with this organisation, you get paid for upskilling, a further 10p an hour, every year for three years. You get paid extra for working the night shifts, an extra 10% per hour. And you get paid extra for working at the weekends, an extra £2.00 per hour. This company understands the needs of the Registered Nurse, they will even employ you before you get your PIN, and as soon as your Magic Pin arrives, and your salary goes up again. Comparatively this private organisation are paying more than the NHS by 17%. You will get your breaks, you will get off on time, and you will be able to care for your residents/patients.
