Overview
Do you have experience working in estate caretaking or mobile caretaking? I am currently looking for estate caretakers or mobile caretakers to work between the Islington and Bow area. You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the estate buildings ensuring the high standards of compliance are maintained. Day-to-Day responsibilities will include: • Litter picking around the site • Removal of any graffiti • Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within housing blocks • Bulk waste removal Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you have a driving licence and a standard DBS. Initially this is a temporary position for that could go permanent after. The pay for this will be £10.49-£10.65 PAYE. You will be working from 35hours per week from 8am-4pm Monday-Friday.
