Residential Support Worker

Accalia Care Services is a Residential Childcare Provision based in Oldbury & Tamworth, we are currently seeking experienced Residential Support Workers with a passion for working with young people. Successful candidates should have experience of working with children and young people with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties. The establishment provides a stimulating and engaging environment for Children and Young People, which requires staff members who are enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking. Previous experience of working within residential childcare settings is preferable however we will consider relevant transferrable experience and skills. Candidates must be willing to complete Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and full references will be taken. We have Full Time vacancies available. You will be required to work on a shift basis, which includes nights/sleepovers and weekends. Applicants MUST hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce & be over the age of 23 years . Full driving licence desirable.
