Our client is a leading firm in an excellent location in the heart of the West End. They're now looking for an additional residential property solicitor to join their thriving team. This is a brand new vacancy as of March 2020. The firm: Long established and highly regarded firm in the West End Excellent property department, both residential and commercial Genuine meritocracy with supportive partners in the property team The role: Handling a broad range of general residential property work Working in a small residential property team within the wider property department Working closely with an experienced residential property partner Involvement in marketing and business development Potential opportunities to undertake work in other interesting areas of property law, for example Islamic Finance, if candidates are interested in doing so The candidate: Probably around 1-2yrs PQE gained in conveyancing Experience ideally from another central London practice noted for its residential property work Experience of dealing with a high net worth client base an advantage Interest in Islamic finance or other niche areas around residential property may be of interest Genuine interest in marketing and an understanding of the importance of business development in this sector of the market i.e. mid-sized West End commercial firms Salary likely to be in the £40Ks bracket, depending on experience.
