The role The firm are seeking to hire a Private Client Solicitor into their modern and newly refurbished City of London office. Although the private client department is still relatively small compared to that of other departments, they are very busy and have had a real influx of high quality work. You will deal with well-known public figures and HNW individuals. There is demand from their client base for this service. It advises on inheritance, capital gains and income tax planning, wills and probate, domicile and residence issues, pre-immigration planning, VAT, property and corporate taxes, the creation and administration of trusts, and on trust and probate disputes. This role comes with good training, support and prospects for career progression.
