JOB TITLE: Residential Development Part Exchange Conveyancer PQE REQUIRED: 1 Years PQE LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £20,000 - £30,000 (DOE) THE ROLE: Due to continued success, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancer to join this leading part exchange team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for drafting and sending out part exchange paperwork, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, negotiating and exchanging contracts and completing post-completion formalities, including SDLT and Land Registry registrations and managing completions. You will manage your own caseload of transactions and work with minimal supervision.
