Overview
THE FIRM A leading international law firm, providing clients with commercially aware legal advice, whenever and wherever they need it. THE ROLES The firm is seeking to hire two Associates who will have a range of funds finance experience - capital call, hybrid, general partner, management fee, co-invest and NAV/asset backed facilities - ideally acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers, likely to have been gained at an international or leading regional firm. You will have experience with fund structures and partnership documents, and ideally the ability to lead deals in a friendly, collegiate environment ABOUT YOU With excellent academics and ideally 2-6 PQE, you'll have a strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development, be commercially driven and able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
