Firm Overview This firm is situated in picturesque Cirencester, Gloucestershire and is right in the heart of the affluent Cotswolds area. They focus on all aspects of property, commercial, employment, family and private client law. Although they primarily operate in the Cotswolds, they have close connections to London and throughout the South West. This is to focus on their core market of mainly HNW individuals and other affluent clients who reside in these areas. Due to this client base, the firm has adopted a no-nonsense approach to legal matters, and aim to advise its clients with an honest and effective demeanour. Further to this; they are planning to open up another office in the London area. This will be a specialist branch to deal with HNQ individuals on a variety of different property matters. The Role The firm is seeking to recruit a Licensed Conveyancer 3 PQE to join this rapidly expanding law firm. You will deal with all matter of Conveyancing matters to a high standard including the following: Freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases Transfers of legal title and re-mortgages. Working across all aspects of general residential property work Requirements You will be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer 3 PQE in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.
