Our client, a US headquartered international practice, is looking for a Private Equity Lawyer to join them immediately on a contract basis with the possibility of extension. The firm focuses on servicing energy clients and represents the best practice in the City to do so across the whole range of practice areas from contentious to transactional matters. Private equity presents a core component of the firm's transactional practice, with a general focus on, but not limited to investment into the energy, infrastructure and construction industries across the full range of PE transactions including but not limited to distressed investments, exit transactions and joint ventures. They are keen to find an individual to join them immediately on a contract basis during an incredibly busy period for the firm.
