The Role This is a stand-out opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join this modern and progressive firm in the Central London office. You will work alongside high-calibre, entrepreneurial and friendly lawyers and deal with an excellent quality of work for an affluent client base. This work will consist of purchases, sales, and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold residential property, lease extensions, auction sales and purchases and more. You will also be supported in managing and building relationships with clients and introducers to develop your client base further. Experience in business development and management for the supervising paralegals, trainees, and support staff would be an advantage for this position. Requirements: You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE You will be an ambitious, dynamic and commercially minded individual Proven business development experience would be a distinct advantage Experience in management of a small team would be advantageous Salary & Benefits Salary is very competitive Lucrative bonus structure based on realistic and achievable targets.
