THE FIRM An award-winning mid-market law firm. THE ROLE A corporate lawyer with 6pqe is sought to join a thriving office. Your experience will comprise M&A and general corporate and you will have run transactions and supported on a team. ABOUT YOU With the ability to step into large transactions at the £10m mark, you will be able to manage the team/completion process with minimum supervision. Your experience will include negotiating and advising on joint ventures, company formation/shareholders' agreements and investment agreements. A good manager and coach, you will be experienced at data room management and the diligence/disclosure process.
