Fantastic and expanding law firm is currently looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis. Paralegals form a core part of this firm’s practice areas, they are Partner led which results in the Paralegals having the opportunity to get involved in high-level work. This firm looks for paralegals who are bright, hardworking and professional who are confident in their ability and can offer genuine assistance to their team rather than just administrative help – paralegals who want to get involved in transactions/deals Candidates require excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills. The mains areas within the corporate team include company formations, verifications, basic corporate due diligence, drafting ancillary documents, assisting with completions, preparing transaction bibles and assisting the Banking & Finance team (training provided) where necessary. Applicants s should have strong academics and have prior experience working within a Corporate department at a reputable law firm. Standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30.
