Role - Residential Conveyancer Joining a thriving and progressive team, your role will be fundamental in ensuring the smooth running of a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Your role will include; · Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including sales & purchase, remortage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions · Liaising with clients both on the phone and face to face · Business development and maintaining existing relationships with clients · Achieving realistic billing targets Requirements You will be a confident Residential Conveyancer, who is able to hit the ground running with a large caseload of sale and purchase files 3 years experience of working within a busy conveyancing department is preferred.
