Your new role This commercial litigation role will see you undertake a good mix of dispute resolution work. This will include partnership and shareholder disputes, general contractual litigation, injunctions as well as warranty and indemnity disputes. What you'll need to succeed You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 4 years' pqe. You will have a client centred and commercial approach.
