Residential Conveyancer A Residential Conveyancer is wanted for a fantastic Birmingham based opportunity with a well established regional law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified or non qualified Residential Conveyancers looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £25K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, and the high street. The successful Residential Conveyancer will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction.
