Are you a Graduate Recruitment Administrator who is looking to take the next step in your career? My client is a leading business law firm operating around the world, who are looking to hire a Grad Rec Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Graduate Recruitment Assistant will be a key member of the team providing administrative support across both programme management and campus recruitment activity. The key duties will include: Administrative organisation of events including room bookings, catering, greeting candidates and processes expenses General administration including processing invoices, budget tracking, conference bookings and production of materials Online filing of trainee review forms Logistical management of seat rotations Supporting the Graduate Recruitment Manager with ad hoc tasks To act as the Graduate Recruitment and Development main point of contact for all staff Respond to all telephone enquiries from candidates Organise and participate in the Open Days. Maintain up to date contact information for all Legal apprentices and future trainees. Send out joining instructions to future trainees and manage new joiner, changes and leaver process. Scheduling trainee career development meetings. Organise timely payment of all invoices relating to graduate recruitment and development. Other ad hoc duties within Graduate Recruitment and the wider HR team as and when required. The Graduate Recruitment Assistant will have a minimum of two years experience working within a professional services environment with a strong administrative background, previous experience in recruitment is desirable.
