A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial claims fee earner looking for a new job opportunity in York that offers stability and career development in a new department A well established and successful law firm based in York has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial claims fee earner (paralegal or litigation executive) to join their team to deal with civil litigation matters. You will be joining a large supportive team, where you'll be working alongside experienced fee earners managing your own caseload of files. Your caseload will consist of litigated and pre-litigated files including: Financial claims (miss-sold mortgages, SIIPS & miss-sold pensions etc). Training on financial claims will be provided, however, previous fee earning experience is essential, ideally dealing with litigated matters. On offer is a competitive salary which will be in line with your previous experience, along with a company bonus scheme.
