Overview
Do you enjoy and take pride in delivering first-rate customer service? Our client is a market leader and have an urgent requirement for a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join their team. As Sales and Customer Service Administrator, you will support the external sales team, assisting and coordinating the sales process from initial enquiry through to final delivery. Duties will include: Liaison with the sales team to follow up enquiries Inbound and outbound customer calls Sending out marketing information Preparing quotes Developing relationships with existing clients as well as communicating with lapsed clients Informing clients of delivery schedules Updating the database with all client-based activity to enable accurate Management Information to be generated With proven experience within sales support (ideally gained working within manufacturing), you will also possess first rate IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel as well as exposure to ERP systems. You will be happy working in a busy environment where priorities change on a frequent basis You will also be a confident communicator both over the phone and via email with a professional attitude.
