Overview

Procurement Analyst/ P2P Coordinator required for international business in West London, near Heathrow. Your new company I am working with a global organisation in West London who have brought on new senior members of the Procurement team in order to really drive the agenda and cost savings across a strategic procurement outfit. As part of the expansion and increased importance placed on Procurement, they are hiring an initial 3-month contract (likely extension) for a Procurement and P2P Analyst to support the global procurement from an analytical and administrative point of view. Your new role As the P2P Coordinator you will be responsible for 3 main activities; analysis, system and database maintenance, and supplier facing point of contact. Your role will be based from London but support a global function, managing large data-sets and supplier reviews, mainly for their OPEX (operational expenditure). This will involve analysing spend areas, creating dashboards, and proactively coming up with ideas to support the wider procurement. You will also be the main point of contact for your sub-contract suppliers whereby service issues need to be addressed, invoice and payments need support, and keeping up solid communication with those suppliers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the database (SAP) to run tasks like validating invoices, supplier info and audit up to date and liaising with accounts payable when needed. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you will be confident in dealing with large data and spend figures across both Excel and other analytical systems. You will be confident in a supplier and external facing role and be a proactive go-getter. As this role has a potential to be extended/ go permanent this will also be something that will work well for you. International experience is a plus, though not essential, but certainly experience supporting a procurement function is required.
