Accountancy practice - Whitchurch - Semi Senior Accountant - £17k-£23k (DOE) Your new firm You will be working in a professional and friendly chartered accountant firm based in Whitchurch. This small but esteemed firm offers a full range of accountancy services including bookkeeping, VAT, payroll to all sizes of business. Your new role As a Semi senior accountant, you will be responsible for a range of duties. These roles include bookkeeping, VAT returns, accounts preparation to partner review amongst others. You will be providing accounting services for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies and corporate tax returns. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you must have previous experience working within an accounting firm. You will be able to prepare statutory accounts under supervision and have excellent communication skills as this will be a key part of your day to day role. The ability to work to deadlines and manage your own work load is essential and ideally you will be studying towards your AAT/ACA/ACCA.
