Overview

Toyota are currently offering a new opportunity as a Service Advisor to join our business based out of our Bromley dealership. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for working with our current customers and managing the service and repair of their vehicles. A Service Advisor will use excellent communication skills to customers and be sure to retain them for the future. You will need to work in your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst amazing our customers with your level of customer service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to increase their earning potential, or someone who is already in the Automotive industry who wants to join the Service department. What we need Working closely with customers to arrange and plan out servicing and repairs on their vehicles Provide accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, ensuring the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly Work with colleagues across the dealership (including parts, technicians and sales) to provide the best service Organise the collection and delivery of cars for delivery Encourage the sale of parts, accessories and service plans whenever possible, acting on opportunities to sell additional products/services and market current promotions Contact customers to update on workshop progress, agreeing any additional spends Follow key processes to achieve excellent customer service and upsell targets Write job cards and brief technicians on work coming in Deliver excellent customer service at all times Your Skills Relevant experience in an automotive environment Be an experienced Service Advisor Have excellent interpersonal skills and desire to deliver a great service Work well under pressure Have a desire to strive and hit sales targets Understanding of computer systems such as e-mail, using on line training and manufacturer technical systems What we offer Competitive basic salary Toyota training pushing you through the ranks Excellent bonus scheme Additional bonus based on upselling Uncapped and realistic OTE Modern work environment with top facilities Real career progression based around your aspirations Market leading benefits including healthcare, pension, childcare and company lease scheme About our business Jemca Car Group is one of the UKs largest Toyota and Lexus dealerships, employing over 500 employees across sites in Greater London and Thames Valley.
