Some of the duties you will encounter are arranging meetings by scheduling appointments, booking rooms and planning refreshments. You will also be managing and responding to emails and be responsible for arranging and planning events, dealing with phone calls and transferring them to the relevant department. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will need to be confident and clear in your communication skills, also possessing a great attention to detail. You will have strong organisation skills due to the work load and it is preferred if you have strong IT skills but not necessary (as training is provided).
