Interim Rent Income Officer - 10 Month Assignment - £10 per hour Your new company A well-known non-for-profit are recruiting for an interim Rent Income Officer to join their hard-working team in Norwich city centre. Your new role As a Rent Income Officer you will be tasked with maximising the trust's rental income generated from housing benefit and service charge. Key responsibilities include: Determining opening balances and initiating arrears recovery as necessary Oversee the collection of service charges Liaise with support workers to housing benefits are processed accordingly Monitor payment agreements with support workers and service users to minimise bad debt Provide assistance and guidance to support workers for users needing assistance with money management Maintain accurate rent accounts Aged debt reporting What you'll need to succeed This is an interim assignment and you must be available for an immediate start. To be considered for this role you must have considerable experience working within a similar role, which includes a more general Credit Control function.
