Overview
Are you a customer-centric UX Designer with experience of working in an Agile environment? My client, an exciting technology led business operating in the Utilities sector, is looking for UX Designers to join their growing Digital team. This role will be responsible for: Product prototyping and testing, future visioning and strategy development Working in a scrum team including designers, developers and product owners After considered user research and testing, developing customer-centric design concepts They are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate experience of: Experience with mobile apps, omnichannel customer service and/or contact centres Strong customer-centred design capabilities across a various digital projects Experience in an agile environment and/or regulated industry This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team who are on a journey to become a market leader for customer experience.
