Overview
Our client is a highly successful Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) practice based in North London, who are currently looking for two ambitious candidates. The opportunity to develop as an Adviser would be an available option for the candiadtes to progress, however there would be no requirement to make the role change if they did not wish to do so. Our client is looking to encourage growth within the company and the offer to develop the candidate would be offered. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years’ experience and undertake the following roles with a motivated and positive attitude: Processing and administering of Individual and Corporate PMI policy renewals, with the confidence to discuss policy particulars & day to day service requirements with clients. Assisting the advice team with new business quotes for PMI, Dental, Travel Insurance & Health Cash Plans. This would involve helping with client proposals and comprehensive market reviews. Checking monthly commissions for expected receipts to arrive and are correct. Accurate data input and recording of client & scheme information on to the Company database. Process ongoing correspondence with individual clients and providers, as required. Ensure that the new business process is followed & provide regular updates to the Team regarding ongoing new business & renewal cases in the Weekly Team Meeting. Write Suitability reports to be sent to clients within a reasonable time frame of their medical scheme being set up or renewed. Provide support for Advisers to meet their new business targets.
