Overview
Are you in a claims role but feel you are not being heard? Would like a senior level role within a business where you will be empowered to shape the claims function and outline proposition for clients. You will be reporting directly to the MD and member of the senior leadership team. Key responsibilities: Lead claims team (commercial and personal lines) of 7 people Set strategy, structure and proposition for future claims function Formalise monthly reporting structure within claims function Lead relationships with key Insurers, Loss Adjusters, legal panel and other third parties Lead complex claims across the business Meet key clients from a claims perspective and deliver added value claims service Develop training plan for claims team utilising third party suppliers and Insurers Member of leadership team so active participation in overall leadership of the business If you are from an insurance, loss adjusting or law background and keen to hear more please get in touch.
